




Northern Gate Project – Wadi Safar
The Northern Gate Project is considered one of the key entrance elements of the Wadi Safar development. It has been designed to provide a distinctive arrival experience that reflects the natural and heritage identity of the site. The project takes advantage of the unique topography of Wadi Safar and its strategic location, particularly at the northern entrance, which is characterized by the crossing of the dual bridge over Wadi Hanifa, offering exceptional natural views for visitors and those arriving at the project.
Scope of Work:
The project includes the construction of the northern gate and the associated security checkpoints, as well as landscaping and planting works. This includes the development of an oasis featuring palm trees and native plants, in addition to road works, infrastructure, and supporting services. The project also incorporates architectural elements inspired by Najdi style to enhance the visual identity of the site and highlight the prominence of the main entrance.
