Park & Trail – Wadi Safar Project

 

The Park & Trail project is part of the master plan for the development of Wadi Safar, which aims to provide a luxurious and sustainable living experience inspired by nature, while preserving the environmental and cultural character of the valley. The project falls under the broader vision of Wadi Safar to create an integrated environment that combines recreational facilities, open spaces, and high-quality infrastructure.

Scope of Work:

The project includes the execution of trails and pathways, landscaping works, and infrastructure works related to open spaces, in addition to supporting facilities and services that enhance the user experience and align with the natural environment of the site.

Current Project Status:

All required works for the project have been completed and delivered in accordance with the approved requirements and specifications.

Northern Gate Project – Wadi Safar

The Northern Gate Project is considered one of the key entrance elements of the Wadi Safar development. It has been designed to provide a distinctive arrival experience that reflects the natural and heritage identity of the site. The project takes advantage of the unique topography of Wadi Safar and its strategic location, particularly at the northern entrance, which is characterized by the crossing of the dual bridge over Wadi Hanifa, offering exceptional natural views for visitors and those arriving at the project.

Scope of Work:

The project includes the construction of the northern gate and the associated security checkpoints, as well as landscaping and planting works. This includes the development of an oasis featuring palm trees and native plants, in addition to road works, infrastructure, and supporting services. The project also incorporates architectural elements inspired by Najdi style to enhance the visual identity of the site and highlight the prominence of the main entrance.

Jeddah Waterfront

Jeddah Waterfront’s fourth and fifth phases are a major project to develop the Jeddah Corniche northern beachfront. The project will be a 4.5 kilometers stretch of the northern Corniche developed into a family friendly park complete.

Dammam Lake (MODON)

The total area of the project: 400,000 and the lake area: 210,000. The project also includes pedestrian corridors, which designed in a distinctive way to serve the lake’s visitors with a length of four kilometers. The project includes landscaping in addition to the 760 palms.

Riyadh Front

The project is an open space mall.

Work Area:

– Hardscape works (tilling, WPC, reconstituted stone) – materials from UAE
– Lighting system, pole, bollards, including panels and cabling – materials from Spain and Turkey
– Water features and lagoon – materials from India
– Landscape (trees, palms , olive trees, shrubs, ground cover …)

Prince Majid Park and Walkway

The development of Prince Majid Park on more than 120,000 m2  of total area and to be constructed within 24 months.

It will include the largest children’s play area in the city, which will reach 8,000 m2, supported by public and smart services.
