




(KAPSARC),King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center
is a global research center concerned about oil, energy, environmental, and their future policies.
The center has developed by Saudi Aramco and located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The KAPSARC’s project consists of a research center, mosque, and a private residential neighborhood, which contains 190 standard villas and 2 VIP villas.
The project also includes the full external works of the center such as sidewalks, agriculture, umbrellas, and irrigation work.
KAPSARC’s mosque won an award for the best architectural design in 201 (mention the year.).
The neighborhood includes running and bike tracks, security road and sports facilities such as football, basketball, tennis, bowling fields, a mini golf course and pools.
Additionally, a solar power plant project has been established to heat the pool water in KAPSARC. For more comfortably for the residents, a supermarket, restaurants, gardens and many other services were provided.

The project of developing the western residential area in a second industrial city in Riyadh
is a project to establish an infrastructure that aims to improve road properties
and provide the necessary services to the residents and visitors.
The client MODON and start date 25/12/2019 end date 23/06/2022 location Riyadh – Second industrial city.
1- Storm Water Network – supply and install stormwater pipes dia (300 – 800) mm, total lengths 10,000 m, including all necessary for the works.
2- Road Works – asphalt around 125,000 m2
