What this website collects
Browsing this website does not require an account. The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical information in server logs, such as the IP address, the browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used only to run and protect the site.
When you contact us
If you email us, call us, or use the prequalification and quotation links, which open your own email program, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use them to reply to you and to handle your enquiry, and we keep them only as long as the enquiry, or any business relationship that follows from it, requires. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.
Job applications
The careers application form is provided by MakeForms, a third-party form service, and the details and CV you submit are stored on its servers, which may be outside the Kingdom. We use application data only to assess your application for roles at SALCO. We keep it for as long as recruitment for the role requires, and delete it afterwards unless you ask us to keep it for future vacancies.
Services that deliver parts of this page
Some parts of the site are delivered by other providers, which receive your IP address in the normal course of sending content to your browser: Google Fonts for the typefaces, Gumlet for the project videos, and Terrascope, operated for the European Space Agency, for the satellite map imagery. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, including our LinkedIn, X and Instagram pages, the SALCO staff e-services portal, and news sources such as the Saudi Exchange and the Saudi Press Agency. Their own privacy policies apply once you follow those links.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or completed, or to have it deleted when it is no longer needed.
